Cancellation policy

You’re always in control. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime — no lock-in, no drama.

Your first order is charged at checkout. Future renewals are billed monthly according to your selected batch:

• Early-Month Batch — billed on the 1st
• Late-Month Batch — billed on the 15th

To update your upcoming order, pause, skip, or cancel by 11:59 pm on the day before your billing date. All cut-off times are based on Sydney time (AEST/AEDT).

Changes submitted after the cut-off will apply from the following billing cycle; the minimum subscription term is one Drop.
